This Years Remembrance Tree is in aid of Childrens Hospice South West
CHRISTMAS REMEMBRANCE
A special ‘remembrance tree’ has been erected in the B. Gibbs Funeral Services office at 28 Fore Street, Chard.
This stunning tree will be adorned in beautiful remembrance stars throughout the Christmas season and members of the public are invited to place a personal remembrance star on the tree to fondly think of lost loved ones.
There is also a collection for the Children’s Hospice South West and
any small donations are greatly welcomed.
Children's Hospice South West is an amazing charity that helps children
with life-limiting conditions. They are absolutely committed to making the most of short and precious lives. The care offered at each of their hospices is not simply about medical and nursing care for sick children, but about enriching the lives of children and their families.
Families talk about the 'treasure chest' of precious memories they
build to carry into the future... a future which will, sadly, be without
their much loved child or children.
As an act of charity, in the New Year, B. Gibbs also vows to
add £200 to the total of donations collected and publish the amount raised!
So please visit the office to place a star on the tree to remember the
loved ones that are no longer with us, and if you can, please make a donation, however small it may be.
